With work about to get underway on the new Olive Estate Lifestyle Village and Stage One now selling, a new Information Centre is about to open on Queen Street.

Nelson’s Integrity Care Group, the owners of Olive Estate, the region’s latest lifestyle community, have just finished refurbishing the old Flight Centre store at 251b Queen Street opposite the ANZ Bank.

Integrity’s General Manager, Kristin Nimmo says the Olive Estate Lifestyle Village Information Centre is for anyone wanting to know more about the multi-million dollar development.

“Now that we’ve started selling for Stage One, we’ve received an enormous amount of enquiries and the Information Centre means that people can just drop in and see what’s happening in their own time and at their own pace. They can see for themselves the scope of what’s planned and some of the options that are available and see how the whole development sits within the landscape. We’re really proud and excited about what’s ahead and we’d like to share that.”

The Information Centre will be the office for Olive Estate’s Sales Manager, Vanessa Taylor, who’s joined Integrity Care from Milestone Homes.

“Vanessa brings a heap of experience with her but most importantly she’s famous for her energy and her attention to detail. She’s right at the heart of this project and she’ll be the person you’ll meet first as the face of Olive Estate. She’ll be at the Information Centre for anyone who has questions.”

Olive Estate is a multi million development and upon completion will be home to around 400 residents. It is intended to eventually include a comprehensive care facility with rest home, hospital and dementia care. In addition, the “Olive Market” will feature a café, general store, health centre and hair salon, to serve the local community.
