Our Community

Olive Estate Lifestyle Village is a diverse park-like community for people over the age of 55. Along with a range of housing and apartment options, we have a choice of amenities that add to the village feel of Olive Estate.

The Olive Estate Lake House Reserve is centred around our serene lake and surrounding gardens. The walkway that encircles the lake, has a jetty and seats to relax and enjoy the views. There is an adjoining children’s playground, BBQ area and space for community activities, such as concerts or special events.

The Lake House Complex next to the Reserve includes Paragon Eatery and Lake House Salon for hair and beauty. You can also keep active at our gymnasium, swimming pool and spa. Or enjoy more relaxed activities at the theatre, library and conference rooms.

Paragon Eatery offers barista-made coffee and a delicious range of food and sweet treats. It is the ideal place to connect with friends and family. Its open Tuesday to Saturday, 8am to 3pm. Phone 5442944 to find out more.

Support

Life at Olive Estate is as independent as you want it to be but we can also assist with a range of services designed to provide support when it’s needed, these include meal delivery, medication management & personal support services.

All homes are fitted with security and fire alarm systems, with monitored emergency assistance buttons.

Olive Estate is currently in the design phase of building a comprehensive Care Facility with a Rest Home, Hospital and Dementia Care.
